The Company based in Medan and operated 30 plantation unis that manage palm oil and tea cultivation, and 3 palm oil plantation development project, 1 unit of palm oil plasma plantation development project, spreading in 8 regencies.. The Company work on plantation and commodity processing for Palm Oil and tea that covers area and plant processing, seed plantation and produce plant maintenance, commodity processing into basic materials for various industries, commodity marketing and other supporting activities.

Staf Bidang Tanaman (TAN)
S1 Agriculture: Land Resource Management, Agronomy and Horticulture, Plant Protection, Land Resources and Agricultural Sciences.

Staf Bidang Teknik/Pengolahan (TEK)
S1 Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Industry Technology, Agroecotechnology.

Staf Bidang Keuangan (KEU)
S1 Economic: Accounting, Managemeny, Agribusiness, Finance, and Economic Studies

Staf Bidang Umum (UMM)
S1 Law: Civil Law, Criminal Law, Law Agragria and Business Law, Social Welfare Studies, Communication Sciences, Political Science and Sociology, Communication Science and Community Development.

General Requirements
Bachelor degree (S1) with min GPA 2.75 from accredited PTN/PTS
Born after the date of December 31, 1976
Specific Requirements
Male for TAN and TEK positions
Male/Female for KEU, UMM, and Engineering field positions
Not Color blind for TAN and TEK positions
