Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy/system. He/She responsible to support employee fulfillment on company's expansion. He / she must deliver strategic thought into the recruitment process so it would fit into company's expansion time line.
Requirements:
Age max 35 years old
Bachelor degree in Psychology or Master degree (Psyhologist is most welcomed)
Min. 5 years experienced in recruitment area and 2 years in managerial level
Experienced in formulating manpower planning
Familiar with psychological assessment tools and report
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Experienced in developing recruitment strategy, system and headhunting
Excellent negotiation skill and analytical
Fluent in written and spoken English
